CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY

 

To respect both of our valuable time, a 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect.

Late cancellation (<24 hours notice given): If we are unable to fill the appointment slot, 100% of total appointment fee will be charged and must be paid before rescheduling.

No show fee: 100% of the appointment fee will be charged and must be paid before rescheduling.

Late for appointment: 100% of scheduled appointment time will be charged & appointment will end at scheduled time

 

Please note that if you are covered by insurance and are charged a cancellation fee, that you are liable for this fee, not the insurance company. We ask that you provide us with notice so that those looking for an emergency appointment can fill the space and to avoid loss of income to the therapist..

Cancellation fees are due within 48 hours of the original appointment time by e-transfer to amandacunicRMT@gmail.com.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment for the service provided is due in full at the time the service is rendered. Please note that prices are subject to change. Payment methods are debit and cash only.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

All information provided is kept confidential unless allowed or required by law. Your written permission will be required to release any information.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

Gift certificates expire within 6 months. Gift certificates cannot be refunded and cannot be put through extended health care benefits.
